From the Catwalk...Maria Grachvogel

Thursday, 23 September 2010
Maria Grachvogel showcased her S/S 2011 collection at day one of London Fashion Week. After watching the show I felt somewhat, relaxed. The calm music and flowing fabrics makes you feel like you're by a river in the middle of nowhere.
The whole collection is fresh, chic, simple and enhances the beauty of the fabrics. Maria's approach is to create truly desirable clothes...that hasn't failed at all. There were a combination of slouchy pocket shorts, silk chiffon tops, drapery blazer and vivid print catsuits. Her signature seam free magic trousers obviously wasn't missing from all of this. As usual, every item in her collection is cleverly and beautifully cut.
I tried to take as many photos possible, but sitting in second row (with someone tall in front of me) meant it was impossible to get a lot of perfect shots!

Great to see the shots from the audience point of view, liked the close up on the shoe.

Thanks for the comment on my blog as well, would have got back to you sooner but I've been busy with Japan fashion Week.
