Ashley Isham AW11: London fashion week

Monday, 28 February 2011
'Enchanted Forest' it sure was, Ashley Isham's models looked like they just came out of a magical rainforest. The head pieces especially were a little distracting for me...chopsticks and flowers!
Ashley Isham AW11 collection featured floral on dark shades of greens, and turquoise velvet dresses. As well as his signature range of floor-sweeping drapery dresses in rich colours such a electric blue.

Tip: Go for floral on a black background for a slimming effect. Petite girls should go for smaller flowers to avoid being drowned!
Above centre model: poor girl, she tripped and fell towards the end of the show to an audience of 'oooohs'!
Ashley Isham himself with one of his model's
Front row guest include Kimberley Walsh from Girls Aloud (centre)
Please forgive some of my blurry, out of focus shots! :)

Those dresses look amazing, and I love the head pieces. But you're right, they are a little distracting, and where did the chopsticks come from?! As they are pretty random lol :)
