Endless coffee drinking, heavy bags to carry, running around like a headless chicken...ahhh, how I miss London Fashion Week!
What happened behind my camera can only be described as...human sardines! There are only a handful of female photographers during Fashion Week, so there's no doubt people like me have no chance of winning a fight (for space) with the guys!
A little (teaser) photo diary and simple reviews on two (out of tons) of the shows I attended...more pictures will be published in the next issue of Dress Me Magazine (USA) next month.
Spijkers en Skijkers AW12
A step back in time. The AW12 collection from the duo designers featured retro-feel garments. Loads of 40's style dresses, with exotic birds-inspired colours. The identical twin sisters had their signature colour panelling present in every piece.
Francesca Marotta AW12
A story to tell...I felt that the models at Francesca's show were trying to tell a story. With the dark hues of black and red, "blood" dripping from the eyes, and almost theatrical movements, I'm thinking...a sad love story?
Lots of black (not complaining, it's slimming) and tons of sheer and see-through fabrics were present, with hints of velvet.

I have plenty of alegria shoes boots. I love horseback riding that is why I have some collection of boots. I always buy a brown colored boots but I think I should try black now because I like the boots that the models are wearing in these photos.
I have those boots lying around on the garage together with my merrel shoes.
Those black dresses are so gorgeous specially the long sleeved see through top. It would be nice if you pair them with long statement necklaces from the jewelers queens.
